Consultation
all services begin with a free consultation. Our consultation is a walk through of up to 1 hour. During this initial inspection of the home, we find out what areas need to be addressed
Soft Package
Soft Stage Package: Soft staging takes the cold edge off of a vacant property. We use streamlined furniture pieces and decor to enhance the following spaces: Entryway, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Essentials Package:
The essential package utilities upgraded furniture and decore pieces. We focus on the following spaces: Living room, dining room, kitchen, Primary Bed and Bath.
Standard Package:
For the “wow” factor buyers are looking for, our standard package includes all the benefits of the essential package plus your choice of an additional bathroom or entryway/foyer.
Premium Package
To stand out amongst all other competition, our premium package has everything you need. All interior rooms plus one outdoor space is staged for maximum results.
